This website is operated by Roundabout Antiques, based in Bournemouth, England. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Roundabout Antiques. By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products (Antiques & Vintage Items)
All items sold are genuine antiques or vintage items as described to the best of our knowledge. Due to the nature of antique goods:

  • All items show signs of age and wear

  • Descriptions and photographs form part of the condition report

  • Variations in colour and measurements may occur
    All items are sold as seen and as described.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Prices may change without notice

  • All items are offered subject to availability

  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued

4. Orders & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • We do not store or have access to your card details

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has cleared

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

5. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to manage orders and delivery details. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • All activity conducted under your account
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

6. Delivery
Delivery details form part of these Terms and are set out on our Delivery Information page.

7. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund if an item is faulty or not as described.

Because our goods are antiques and unique:

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns unless legally required

  • Claims for damage in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

8. International Orders
Customers outside the UK are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Local taxes
    We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content including images, text, logos and branding is the intellectual property of Roundabout Antiques and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Liability shall not exceed the total value of the order

  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to its courts.
